By using SecShare, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service Description

SecShare is a self-hosted file sharing platform with post-quantum encryption. The service is provided as-is by the server administrator.

Acceptable Use

• Do not upload illegal content or content that infringes on others' rights.
• Do not attempt to circumvent access controls or security measures.
• Do not use the service for spam, phishing, or distributing malware.
• Do not attempt to access files or accounts that do not belong to you.

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you upload. The administrator reserves the right to remove content or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

No Warranty

This service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The administrator is not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or security incidents.

File Expiry

Files may be automatically deleted after their expiry period. It is your responsibility to download files before they expire.
